About
C.P.D.H. is led by David Hermelin, a graduate in International Security Issues as an alumnus of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP), the flagship initiative for global leaders. His previous roles include leading the Israeli delegation to South Korea on behalf of Israel’s Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs, serving as a member of the trilateral think tank for advancing Israel-Germany relations under the auspices of the American Jewish Committee (AJC), and participating in the Jewish Agency delegation to St. Petersburg, Russia, alongside representatives from Israel and the United States. He has also conducted speaking tours across Jewish communities in the United States, was a guest of the Russian Presidential Administration in Moscow (prior to the war), and served as a senior adviser to the Minister of Public Security, with a focus on foreign relations. Additionally, he held the positions of Chief of Staff and Senior Professional Adviser to the Director General of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
